Solid wood lacquered with a water-based clear or black lacquer; seat & back: laminated veneer lacquered with a water-based clear or black lacquer; outer veneer: sliced beech or oak, the seven inner layers of veneer are made of rotary cut beech veneer. The veneer layers are glued together with water-based urea-formaldehyde glue.
