The Frame Sofa System is a modular seating system that comprises twelve key modules, offering almost limitless possible configurations. Frame series explores the architectural concept of tectonics, celebrating the art of construction. It was developed with the objective to create a single frame that could serve all the needs of the product such as a base, legs, decorative feature, and even practical support for accessories including optional brass trays. Made from solid wood, the frame’s appearance reveals clearly how it is constructed through the visible joinery details.
Materials:
TIMBER
Black walnut, white oak, or ash with a choice of a clear Danish oil, white oil, or black oil finish. White oak additionally available oxidised; ash additionally available stained or painted in a choice of 10 colours: black, white, bone, ochre, bordeaux, forest, fjord, bay, lagoon, or cove.
